Amber received her bachelor's degree in Social Work from Longwood University and her master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has 8+ years of experience and has worked in a variety of settings, including children's acute care inpatient hospitalization, residential treatment centers for at-risk youth, treatment foster care, outpatient psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and intensive in-home services. She works with all ages including children ages 7+ and with all populations. Amber specializes and focuses on working with individuals who have experienced trauma and assisting clients to overcome the trauma they have experienced.

Amber offers mostly individual with some family and couples counseling with availability for telehealth sessions only.
