Rachel received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Christopher Newport University and her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from the College of William and Mary. She has 10+ years of experience and has worked in a variety of settings, including children's acute care inpatient hospitalization, adult acute care inpatient hospitalization, outpatient psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and outpatient substance abuse treatment. She works with all ages including children ages 8+ and with all populations.

Rachel offers individual, family, or couples counseling with availability for both in office or telehealth sessions.
