Danielle Leverich-Alt
MS Ed, Resident in Counseling – Available at the Carrollton location and telehealth.
Danielle received her master’s degree from Old Dominion University and is currently in her residency for licensure. She has experience working with a wide range of concerns to include mood and personality disorders, anxiety, life transitions, as well as military populations and military-specific concerns.
Danielle provides a supportive and collaborative space for clients to explore their challenges and to find their inner strength. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered therapy with a trauma-informed lens. She believes in providing the client a safe and non-judgmental space to be seen and to feel heard. Danielle integrates techniques from various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Danielle believes that you are the expert on your own life and that her role as the clinician is to work alongside you, offering guidance and tools to help you navigate your journey.
